We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, mousepads and glass skates must be unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Yes, all our electronic peripherals come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear from intense gaming sessions.
